Cocoon is the perfect venue for fashion shows, fundraisers, charity events, film shoots, private dining and as a photo studio rental space. Various setup options are available, from small intimate receptions to large cocktails parties of up to 150 people.

Our clients view our space as a creative, enjoyable and memorable place to host events, corporate functions and private parties.

The space offers flexible floor plans, which enable client’s great flexibility in the design and flow of their events. It allows for each space to be easily partitioned in a discrete fashion, in ways where it can be customized to fit your desired guest count and needs.

We also offer a variety of Spa services such as a Brow Bar or Mani Pedi services to go with your event. Brow Bar can be available upon request at the time of booking. Our esthetician will be available to do any facial waxing during your party. Get a quick and easy brow or lip clean up to go with your freshly polished nails!

We also offer catering through Oola and Local Kitchen upon request.

Event Agreement with Cocoon Urban Day Spa

Terms & Agreement:

  • I understand that Cocoon Urban Day Spa has a 48hr cancellation policy for all parties booked either during work hours or after hours.
  • A credit card or a deposit is required when booking a party. 48 hours notice is required to cancel or change your party, otherwise a 100% cancellation charge applies if we cannot fill your spot.
  • TO COMPLETE THE RESERVATION A $200 DEPOSIT WILL BE CHARGED OVER THE PHONE TO YOUR CREDIT CARD. THE DEPOSIT WILL THEN BE TAKEN OFF YOUR FINAL BILL.
  • Depending on your party reservation there may be other guests receiving services in the mani/pedi room during your allocated time! If you wish to reserve a private party area, please contact the front desk at 415.777.0100.
  • Coupon or online deals are not applicable to group booking - no exceptions.
