The perfect way for groups of 3 or more to celebrate birthdays, weddings and office events during our regular business hours. There is no additional charge for the use of the space during business hours.

Please note: Depending on your party reservation there may be other guests receiving services in the mani/pedi room during your allocated time! If you wish to reserve a private party area, please contact the front desk at 415.777.0100

A 20% gratuity will automatically be added to your total bill. This goes directly to the technicians, massage therapists who carry out your services. We can accommodate large numbers for ALL services.

We provide ice buckets, glasses and trays and our staff will assist in serving your party.

To book your party or event

For parties between 3 to 10 people, simply fill out the form below and pay a $200 deposit. Within 24hours we will call to confirm your party and to collect your credit card information for the deposit.

For parties over 10 people please call us at 415.777.0100. A $300-$500 deposit will be required for parties over 10 people depending on services being received.

We respectfully request that your group arrive 15mins before your reservation time. If anyone in your party is more than 10mins late, we will do our very best to accommodate them in full but cannot guarantee that they will be able to receive their full requested services. They will be charged for the original booked services.

Terms & Agreement:

  • I understand that Cocoon Urban Day Spa has a 48hr cancellation policy for all parties booked either during work hours or after hours.
  • A credit card or a deposit is required when booking a party. 48 hours notice is required to cancel or change your party, otherwise a 100% cancellation charge applies if we cannot fill your spot.
  • TO COMPLETE THE RESERVATION A $100- $500 DEPOSIT (BASED ON SIZE OF YOUR PARTY) WILL BE CHARGED OVER THE PHONE TO YOUR CREDIT CARD. THE DEPOSIT WILL THEN BE TAKEN OFF YOUR FINAL BILL.
